Concentrated EMDR work for when weekly sessions aren't enough.
An EMDR intensive is an extended, concentrated format — typically 3 to 6 hours over one to three days — that allows for deeper processing than weekly 50-minute sessions can provide. Rather than months of slow momentum, an intensive creates sustained space for that work to happen.

- You've been in therapy and are ready to go deeper
- You have a specific memory, belief, or event you want to work through
- Your schedule doesn't allow for consistent weekly therapy
- You're a therapist seeking your own EMDR processing
- You want momentum — not the slow pace of once-a-week sessions
Intensive Fees
EMDR intensives are private pay. A superbill is provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

A preparation consultation and closing integration session are included. Offered virtually for Texas residents.
