A Practice Built Around Her
Not a protocol. Not a conveyor belt. Her.
Trust Her Process was created as a space for thoughtful, relational healing — one that honors both depth and humanity. It is a place where insight and care can coexist, and where meaningful change unfolds through connection, collaboration, and deep respect for each person's lived experience.
Care That Is Integrative by Design
Relational, EMDR, IFS-informed, and mind-body approaches are woven together to support healing that is not only effective, but sustainable — attuned to the many parts of a person's inner world and the larger story she is living.
The name Trust Her Process is drawn directly from this work: EMDR is grounded in the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model — the understanding that the mind holds an innate capacity to heal when given the right conditions. My role isn't to fix. It's to help each client access and trust that process already within her.
Who We Work With
Much of the work here centers on trauma healing and women's empowerment, with deep appreciation for the invisible labor many women carry. Clients often arrive not because they are falling apart, but because they are holding a lot — and would like a place where they don't have to hold it all alone.
This practice also quietly welcomes therapists, helpers, and high-functioning professionals who know how to hold space for others but rarely receive it themselves.
How the Work Is Held
Sessions are collaborative and intentionally paced — leaving room for reflection, honesty, and the occasional moment of lightness that reminds us we are human, even while doing serious work. Therapy here is not about quick fixes or rigid formulas. It is about cultivating awareness, resilience, and a deeper sense of self-trust, one conversation at a time.
"Trust Her Process" is a declaration of absolute respect for her innate wisdom, her pacing, her nervous system, and her timeline. "Her" is not us — "Her" is you.
